Property details, add-ons, deadline, price path, and call outcome arrive in one summary.
THE HANDOFF, WITHOUT THE HOLD MUSIC
You inspect the home. CallBrixa handles the phone.
Every call follows the rules you approve. The goal is simple: give qualified callers a clear next step while protecting your judgment as the inspector.

- 01Answer
Greets the caller and identifies the automated scheduling assistant.
- 02Qualify
Collects role, address, square footage, year built, services, and timing.
- 03Quote by your rules
Uses only the services, minimums, add-ons, and exceptions you approved.
- 04Offer real availability
Presents appropriate openings—or creates a priority callback when needed.
- 05Send the summary
You receive the caller’s details, requested service, price path, and outcome.
During an inspection
Your phone stays out of the client conversation. The new lead still gets an answer.
When the office is closed
Urgent timelines are captured while interest is high—not the next morning.
When two calls collide
The second caller can be qualified instead of being sent straight to voicemail.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PHONE RINGS?
A clear path to booking beats “leave a message.”
Service details vary by provider. This comparison shows the intended CallBrixa workflow.
SET UP AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
Three steps before a single customer call is forwarded.
Define your rules
Services, service area, base pricing, square-foot tiers, add-ons, minimums, and escalation contacts.
YOU APPROVE THE SOURCE OF TRUTHConnect availability
Choose when CallBrixa answers and which calendar openings it may offer to qualified callers.
YOU CONTROL THE SCHEDULETest the hard calls
Call it yourself. Change details, interrupt, ask for a discount, and ask for advice it should refuse.
GO LIVE ONLY AFTER APPROVALINSPECTION-SPECIFIC, NOT A GENERIC BOT
The useful work happens between “hello” and “booked.”
Qualifies the property
Buyer, seller, agent, address, square footage, year, occupancy, utilities, and requested add-ons.
Quotes approved pricing
Calculates from your configured rules and routes exceptions back to you instead of guessing.
Offers availability
Uses the scheduling windows you permit, including travel or service-area constraints when configured.
Escalates with context
Urgent deadline, unsupported request, technical opinion, or upset caller becomes a clean callback summary.

CONFIDENCE REQUIRES BOUNDARIES
Your receptionist should know when not to answer.
CallBrixa is designed for intake and scheduling—not inspection judgment. Unsupported questions get a safe response and a callback path.
- × Diagnose a defect from a caller’s description
- × Tell a buyer whether to buy or walk away
- × Estimate repair costs or code compliance
- × Invent a price, discount, or unavailable slot
- × Argue through a complaint or legal dispute
“Does this crack mean my buyer should walk away?”
Alex · automated assistant“I can help with scheduling, but I can’t provide an inspection opinion. I’ll create a priority callback for the inspector.”
MAKE THE ASSUMPTIONS YOURS
What could two missed qualified calls be worth?
This is an opportunity estimate—not a promise of revenue. Adjust it to your own call volume, close rate, and average inspection fee.
Formula: weekly missed inquiries × 4.33 × booking rate × average fee. Results exclude taxes, refunds, capacity, and operating costs.
ONE STRAIGHTFORWARD PLAN
Less than the fee from one typical booked inspection.
No tier maze. Start with the complete home-inspector call workflow and test it before you forward customer calls.
Try the configured experience. If it is not right for your business, request a refund within the guarantee window.

BEFORE YOU FORWARD A CALL
Questions a careful inspector should ask.
Anything unique to your business becomes part of the setup and test-call checklist.
Ask the demo yourself ↗Will callers know it is AI?+
Yes. The agent introduces itself as an automated scheduling assistant at the start of the call. We do not try to hide that it is AI.
Can I keep my current business number?+
Yes, where your carrier supports call forwarding. You keep your published number and forward all calls, or only the ones that are busy, unanswered, or after hours.
Will it make up a price?+
No. It quotes only from the pricing rules you publish. If a required detail is missing, it says it does not want to guess and routes the quote to you for confirmation.
Can it book inspections?+
Once your calendar handoff is connected and tested, CallBrixa can offer only the windows you approve. Until that connection is verified, it captures the preferred time and creates a request-to-book instead of promising a slot.
What if a caller asks about a report or a defect?+
It does not give professional judgment. Questions about findings, repair costs, code, or whether to buy a house are handed to you as a callback task.
Does this replace Spectora, ISN, or HomeGauge?+
No. Keep the software you use for reports and operations. CallBrixa handles phone intake; the exact calendar and booking handoff is confirmed during setup, and we do not label a direct integration until it has been tested.
Can I turn it on only when I miss a call?+
Yes, if your carrier supports conditional forwarding. Many inspectors start with busy, no-answer, and after-hours only.
Can I review calls?+
Recordings and transcripts are available when call recording is enabled and the required disclosure applies in your jurisdiction.
What happens when minutes run out?+
Your calls keep being answered. The plan includes 100 minutes per month; usage beyond that is billed at $0.37 per minute, and you get alerts at 80% and 100%.
How does the 7-day refund work?+
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment and the subscription fee is returned. Overage and third-party usage charges are not refundable. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
DON’T TAKE THE HEADLINE’S WORD FOR IT
Call it. Interrupt it. Ask for a price.
Hear the workflow as a caller before you decide whether it belongs on your business line.
Demo only. No real inspection will be booked.
